The Advantages and Disadvantages living in Phnom Penh

Our country divides into two parts countryside and city. The countryside has a lot of fresh air and has no noise, pollution on the environment because of no more industries in there. Phnom Penh is a capital city of Cambodia, which has over one million people live in. The people who live in Phnom Penh come different country such as Japan, USA, Canada, Australia, Thailand, and other foreign country. The majority of Cambodian people come from different province so we can say that living in the city (Phnom Penh) has both advantages and disadvantages.

There are certainly many advantages to living in city. First of all, living in Phnom Penh is easy to find jobs because all the main industries and many companies are located in Phnom Penh. It has many ways to earn money such as working, selling, teaching, and the others. Second, It is easy to go and contact to other province and foreign countries because in city has many ways to go and to contact such as Taxi, bus, Plane, Telephone and so on. In addition, Phnom Penh has a lot of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, discotheque…etc where we can go to relax, to eat, to get more romantic place. What more in Phnom Penh are museums, concerts, theaters, and supermarkets that are important to make our feeling more comfortable. Moreover, Phnom Penh is a very good place where gives the good education to all the students. It has many universities, institutes, high school such as Norton University, International institute of Cambodia, and Sisovath high school, and has many high education teachers. More Importantly, It has many hospitals or clinics where have many good doctors that we can trust them, when we have some problems with our health. One more significantly, living in Phnom Penh will get more high technology such as computer, phone, modern electricity equipments, and the other things which countryside has no them.

However, there are a lot of actual disadvantages of living in Phnom Penh. Firstly, we have to spend much money for standard of living in city. For example, we spend only three or four thousand Riels per lunch for a family in countryside, but in city, we have to spend ten thousand Riels or more per lunch. Secondly, living in Phnom Penh is noisy because of having many people live in. Phnom Penh has a lot of pollutions on the environment because there are a lot of industries in it, so people in Phnom Penh is faced with many kinds of diseases. Moreover, Phnom Penh has many vehicles are moving on the road, so we are came against the accident. Furthermore, Phnom Penh has many robbers, thieves, pickpockets, and gangsters that make people afraid almost all the time.

Finally, I find that living Phnom Penh is better than living in countryside, because living in Phnom Penh has more advantages than disadvantages. In my opinion, I think that I would like to live in Phnom Penh, because I can get high education and more relaxation from it.
